Elevator shafts and stair flights are critical monolithic structures of a building. They function not only as operational elements but also as part of the overall spatial rigidity of the facility. The further installation of elevator equipment, arrangement of stairwells, and safe operation of the building depend on the accuracy of geometry, quality of concreting, and compliance with design levels.
Works are carried out according to working documentation with control over reinforcement, formwork, embedded parts, openings, rebar outlets, and connections with floor slabs. For elevator shafts, verticality, precise dimensions of the opening, and quality of internal surfaces are especially important. For stair flights – compliance with slopes, landing levels, and step geometry.
We perform the construction of such structures as part of turnkey monolithic works or as a separate construction stage. The client receives a finished structural element that can be handed over to related contractors without rework or schedule delays.

The cost of installing elevator shafts and stair flights is calculated individually for each project and does not have a fixed rate. The final price is influenced by the height and number of sections, structural features (presence of pits, technical floors, fire safety requirements), wall and floor thickness, concrete grade, spacing and diameter of reinforcement, formwork complexity, need for embedded parts, as well as access conditions to the work area. To obtain an accurate calculation, design documentation is required — after its analysis, the contractor will propose an individual estimate taking into account all technological and operational requirements.
