About the Technology
A monolithic parking lot is a complex of reinforced concrete structures of the underground or above-ground part of a building: foundation slab, walls, columns, floors, ramps, pits, and technical zones. Such objects operate under constant loads from transport, equipment, soil, and engineering systems.
Works are carried out according to the project, considering the geometry of parking spaces, passages, slopes, drainage, ventilation, and waterproofing requirements. On-site, formwork is installed, reinforcement is mounted, embedded parts and technological openings are installed, followed by concreting with quality control at each stage.
